User agreement

This agreement sets the terms for using the onpul.uz site and the @OnPulBot bot and game on Telegram (together, the "service"). By using the service or ticking "I accept" in the game, you accept these terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About the service

  • ONPUL is a free educational financial-literacy project. Materials on the site and in the game are educational and are not personal financial, investment or legal advice. You make your own financial decisions.
  • Deposit rates, exchange rates and other figures may be out of date — check them with a bank or an official source.

2. Account

  • You sign in to the game with your Telegram account. One person — one game account.
  • Users under 18 use the service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Your name and photo must not be offensive, impersonate someone else or break the law. We may change or remove such a name or photo.

3. In-game values

  • Experience (XP), levels, crystals 💎 and stars ⭐ are virtual values that exist only in the game. They are not money: they cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to other players or refunded.
  • We may change how they are earned and spent and the game balance.
  • If the rules are broken, we may cancel values obtained unfairly.

4. Duels

  • Opponents are matched automatically by level. If no live player is found within a few seconds, your opponent may be a computer program that plays with the same questions and rules. A win over such an opponent gives the usual XP and crystals but does not count towards rewards for wins over live players.
  • The number of battles is limited and refills over time. Questions cover several topics: money, banks, investing, erudition, self-growth, sport, artificial intelligence and general knowledge.

5. Inviting friends and duel links

  • A reward is given once an invited friend has actually started playing; daily limits apply.
  • Collecting rewards through fake or second accounts is forbidden: such rewards are cancelled and the account may be blocked.

6. Wallet

  • The wallet is a tool for tracking income and expenses. We do not hold your money, make payments or ask for card details. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records.

7. Not allowed

  • Playing with scripts, bots or other programs, or trying to break into the service to get the answers.
  • Disrupting the service or exploiting bugs for gain (if you find a bug, write to info@onpul.uz).
  • Insulting or deceiving other players.
  • For violations we may restrict or block an account without warning.

8. Liability

  • The service is free and provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will run without interruptions or errors and are not liable for technical failures or loss of game data, except where the law expressly provides otherwise.

9. Personal data

  • We process your personal data under the Privacy policy. By accepting these terms you consent to the processing of your data needed to run the game.

10. Changes and governing law

  • We may update these terms. If the changes are material, the game will ask you to accept the new version.
  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
